Shipping policy
Naturehouse Wax Company ships across Canada, to the United States, and internationally to select countries. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by destination:
- Canada (Domestic): 5–10 business days (Standard) or 3–5 business days (Express)
- United States: 5–10 business days (Standard International) or 5–8 business days (Express International)
- International: 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. All duties, tariffs, and customs fees for international orders are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Free Shipping is available for Canadian shoppers on order net of taxes that is greater than 125.00 Canadian. Free Shipping is not applicable to USA or International Orders or orders under 125.00 Canadian
Delays & Lost Packages: Naturehouse Wax Company is not liable for any shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a lost or misplaced order, the purchaser must file a claim directly with the carrier. We recommend retaining your tracking number for this purpose.
