To be eligible for a refund, items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
